Appearance: Clear, medium-intensity of ruby colour. Purplish-pink rim. Some legs.
Nose: Clean but weak. Slightly aged bouquet. Blackcherries dominating with notes of farmyard, wetleaves. Quite a bit of oak.
Palate: Dry with medium-high acidity. Medium-high levels of ripe tannins. Medium-high intensity & medium-full bodied. Blackfruit & plummy flavours with some cigarbox. Burnt rubber, oak, coffee with hints of liquorice. Medium alcohol level & finish with a beautiful long length. An excellent red with a range of flavor complexity.
