Tasting Notes:

Appearance ~ Bright & clear, pale intensity of lemon colour core, with a broad watery rim

Nose ~ Clean, medium-intensity, youthful aromas. Citrus, mineral, buttery.

Palate ~ Dry, high acidity. Medium-bodied & medium intensity. Mainly citrus, mineral, oak & smokey.

Wine: Albert Pio Chablis
Region / Country: Chablis, Burgundy, France
Vintage: 2000

Tasting Notes:
Appearance ~ Bright & clear, very pale intensity of lemon green colour core fading to a broad watery rim
Nose ~ Clean but weak-intensity, youthful aromas. Tropical, pineapple, apple, vegetal & grassy.
Palate ~ Dry, medium level of acidity. Light-bodied & medium intensity. Citrus, lime, grapefruit, apple & slightly animal (to my surprise actually!!)

Tasting Notes:Appearance ~ Bright & clear, pale intensity of lemon-green colour, few legs.

Nose ~ Clean, medium-intensity, youthful aromas. Buttery, creamy, perfumed, floral, white flowers.

Palate ~ Dry,crisp acidity. Light-bodied & medium intensity. Oak, butter, toasty, slightly perfumed.

Main course: Lamb chop
