Appearance ~ Bright & clear, medium intensity of ruby colour core fading to a garnet rim
Nose ~ Clean but weak-intensity, aged bouquet. Red fruits, dried prunes.
Palate ~ Dry, low level of acidity. Low-medium level of soft tannins. Medium-bodied & medium intensity. Dried cherries, oak, plums.

Nose ~ Clean, pronounced-intensity, slightly aged aromas. Dried prunes, dried orange peels, slightly gamey, obvious oak.
Palate ~ Dry, medium level of acidity. High level of ripe tannins. Full-bodied & medium intensity of complex flavours. Blackcherries, blueberries, tea leaves, slightly earthy. Oaky, hints of redcurrants. Complexity of flavours with medium level of alcohol, but a very long length of finish.

Palate ~ Dry, medium-high acidity. Medium level of ripe tannins. Medium-full-bodied & medium-high intensity of subtle flavours. Red fruit, raspberries, leather, floral & cigarbox. Savoury flavour follows through. Silky textured.
