Appearance ~ Bright & Clear, medium ruby core fading to a garnet rim. Noticeable legs.

Nose ~ Clean, medium intensity & slightly aged. Red cherries, dusty, earthy, spicy & floral.

Palate ~ Dry, mouth-watering crisp acidity, medium level of soft tannins. Medium-bodied & medium intensity. Sour cherries, red cherries, liquorice, floral (violets), hint of cedarwood. Medium alcohol level & a medium length of finish.
