The wine is bright, with a medium gold colour. It gives a broad watery rim & a few legs. It has a clean, medium-intensity, & an aged bouquet. It has a cinnamon, spicy, vanilla (probably due to oak-aged), & fig aroma. On palate it is dry & crispy, medium-bodied, with a medium fruit intensity. It has a peachy, cinnamon, nutty, mainly almond flavour. The wine gave medium alcohol & medium length. The wine is made from Chardonnay, with obvious malo-lactic fermentation process. The wine can be consumed now, but still can be kept for another 3 - 6yrs. It is a high-priced wine & it's good.
