The wine is clear, with a medium ruby colour. It gives a purple rim & has a few legs. It has a clean, medium-intensity, youthful aroma. Fruity, with plenty of red fruit, candy, bubble-gum. On palate it's dry, medium-acidic, with a low level of soft tannin, light bodied, medium fruit intensity. Very fruity, abundant red fruit, roses, cherry, a hint of liquorice (Grape skin peel by Louis). Low to medium alcohol, & short length. Grape varieties: Gamay. The wine has gone through carbonic maceration for the fruitiness & low tannin. It is at peak now, need to drink soon. A mid-priced wine. Quality: average.
