Tasting Notes:
Appearance ~ Bright & clear, pale intensity of lemon green colour core, with a broad watery rim, few legs
Nose ~ Clean, light-intensity, youthful aromas. Citrus & slightly floral
Palate ~ Off-dry, medium-high acidity. Light-bodied & light intensity. Mainly citrus & again, floral. Very little pear. Medium alochol & medium length of lemony finish.

Tasting Notes:

Appearance ~ Bright & clear, medium intensity of amber with noticeable legs


Nose ~ Clean, pronounced intensity, an aged bouquet. Dried prunes & fig, dried flower. Ripe apples.

Palate ~ Sweet with medium acidity. Medium to full bodied & medium intensity. Dried plums & prunes, caramel & dried tea leaves & flowers. High alochol & long length of creamy finish. An excellent companion to my Chocolate Fondant dessert.
