The wine is clear, with a deep ruby colour. It has a purple rim & a few legs. Nose is clean, pronounced & youthful. Complex fruity aromas such as blackcurrant & rose petals with hints of vanilla, plum & perfume. Dry, crispy, with medium-level of soft tannins. Medium-full bodied, medium intensity of flavours. Blackfruit flavours, blackcurrants, blackcherries, very flowery, oaky, with a hint of spice & sweetness. Medium level of alcohol, medium length. Grape variety: Merlot & Cab Sau & Cab Franc blend. It is at peak now but still can be kept for around 3 yrs' time. A commercial everyday drinking wine, mid-priced of good quality.
